Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged products upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving it, providing photos of the damaged item. We will then assist you with either a refund or a replacement.

Order Changes:

Orders are intentionally fulfilled after 24 hours, making changes in size or product challenging.
Sales are final unless under exceptional circumstances. Please note that cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Exchanges and Returns:

We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Address Verification:
Once the package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for it. So please double check your address and in  case of loss or theft, contact your local post office promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds and exchanges are applicable only to damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.
If you ordered the wrong size, a new order must be placed as we have no exchange policy.

As all our orders are made on demand to support eco-friendly production practices, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and maintain a sustainable approach.
