Return & Refund Policy

At The Reckless, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within [7] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Items purchased on final sale
Gift cards
Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@thereckless.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at info@thereckless.co.uk, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.
